For you to be able to join the Nigerian Army 87 Regular Recruit intake, there are some requirements that you must meet.

  1. You must be a Nigerian citizen by birth.
  2. You must also be between the ages of 18 and 22 at the time of applying for the 87RRI recruitment.
  3. You must have at least five credits in WASSCE/GCE Ordinary Level, including Mathematics and English Language.
  4. You must also have a height of not less than 1.68 meters and weight of not less than 55 kilograms.
  5. You must be physically and mentally fit.
  6. You must have a good character.
  7. You must be able to speak and write English well.
  8. You must have no criminal records
